- Strict Prohibitions: Individuals falling under the scope of the Hersek Shipyard Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy are strictly prohibited from offering anything of material or moral value to, or requesting such from, other organizations or individuals in order to obtain an illegal or unethical advantage, even if it is for the benefit of the company.
- Reporting Responsibility: To protect the reputation of our organization, it is the responsibility of everyone specified in the scope above to report any situation regarding the violation of anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules to the General Manager or the Deputy General Manager.
- Accountability: Failing to report or turning a blind eye to acts of bribery and corruption, despite being aware of them, will also be considered a violation of the anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules.
- Continuous Review: The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy is reviewed at regular intervals to make necessary updates, and all changes are announced via official notifications.
